Patio Room additions. This contractor will hard sell his products then not preform. He built a patio at our house and its leaks every time it rains. They refuse to fix the problem. His lifetime guarantee is garbage. Would not use this contractor.

Most popular room. We have been spending so much time in our new room we can't believe how we managed all these years without the extra space. It's definitely the most popular room in our house now. Thanks to all at LJ Hauser.

great. Mr. Hausner I want to compliment your office staff and your installation crew. They were both outstanding and a pleasure to have worked with during our sun-room installation. I am very impressed with the crew they were friendly enough to clean up after themselves. Great job!

Zero leaks. We had a solid patio cover installed made of aluminum. We are very pleased with the patio and the installation. The men arrived on time and finished in one day. After the install, we had much rain and the patio cover had zero leaks. Great job

Everything was awesome. We had our entire two-story house remodeled with 13 new double-paned windows and 3 new double-paned french doors. The construction manager and the seven workers were exceptionally friendly, professional, skilled and efficient during the entire operation. We are extremely happy with the results, which have already shown how quiet and insulating the products are, as well as esthetically pleasing to the eye. All the units slide easily and are removable for cleaning with little effort. We could be happier with LJ Hauser and would recommend them to anyone. And the lifetime warranty replacement gives us peace of mind that any problems that may come up will be resolved.

Love My Patio !!!. I had my patio done and LJ Hausner Construction did an excellent job and finished it in 2 days with the rain and all. They were very friendly, courteous and prompt. I give them 5 stars. Thank you LJ Hausner Construction I really love my patio !!!

Our patio looks wonderful!. They did a patio cover for us that looks amazing and got it installed in about 5-6 hours. It really made our patio look more like a patio and not just a slab of concrete. They were very helpful and patient throughout our decision-making process. Also got a really great deal on the price by visiting their booth at the L.A. County Fair -- it could not be beat.

Great job!. My room addition is so beautiful I couldn't be happier. You were in and out in no time at all and the workers were very professional. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Have no complaints at all. I will recommend you to anyone who wants any remodeling done. Great job!!

The result will amaze you for sure!. Their work is a work of art. The material is top quality and the result will amaze you for sure. The patio that was made for me has really made a difference in the appearance and value of my home.
