Tustin >Ruby's Diner
1940s-style diner chain serves comfort food classics to patrons with a craving for nostalgia..
In 1982, businessman Doug Cavanaugh opened the first Ruby's in Southern California's Newport Beach, naming it after his mother. Today, this nationwide chain--adorned with red vinyl booths, Formica tables, soda fountains and retro posters--features the same timeless food and hospitality that keep diners coming back. Favorites are the classic burgers topped with secret RubySauce, fries and sweet shakes. Other staples include pancakes, omelettes, sandwiches, chili, salads and a variety of fountain treats.

From the rustle and bustle of the evening weekends to the quiet undisturbing mornings; wake up early and bring your special somebody and enjoy the peaceful pacific ocean to yourselves.
