Do not use these guys. This was possibly the worst experience I've ever had as a consumer.

They seemed less expensive than other places when I was researching, but they added on charges for a bunch of stuff -- I even asked whether there would be any other charges and was told no. Later, I was told "too bad, it was in the fine print on your contract". The contract is the email confirmation. Apparently, the fine print states that I am agreeing to charges by responding.

The bus broke down and we were stranded in downtown LA late at night. No compensation or refunds were given.

The lady I ordered through told me that it would be ok to consume alcohol on the bus (which was the whole point). The driver did not allow it.

I asked for a second pick-up location and confirmed this would not cost extra. However, an extra charge was added, and I was again told to refer tithe "contract" (I now read the small print for everything).

When I complained to customer service, I was yelled at.

It's been awhile since I used this service, and I am still infuriated by how poorly we were treated. I strongly advise that you use somebody more profession. Their prices may seem reasonable, but they will get you I the end.

GREAT TRANSPORTATION COMPANY. Used Ace Transportation & Tours back on the 31st for New Years. We rented 2 Escalades, both of which arrived before our scheduled pick time. The Limousines were beautifully done inside with chilled champagne, party favorites and other drinks. Both drivers were very pleasant to deal with and put up very nicely with our group's craziness. When we came out of our venue the drivers outside of the Limos with the doors open waiting and assisted us inside the Limos. Our driver's great attitude and attentiveness certainly made our night special. I wanted to thank Ace Transportation for giving us the red carpet treatment and making our New YEar's Eve as special as we had hoped.

FIVE STAR SERVICE. I used Ace Transportation & Tours this past weekend for wif'es birthday. The reservation agent was extremely helpful and made certain she explained everything to me at length. On the night of our Limo showed up on time and the driver Shaq was also very professional and went out of his way to make sure we were all taken care of. I will be sure to recommend Ace to all friends and family. After several bad experiences with Limo comapnies in the past, I must say I was pleasently surprised.

SKETCHY AND IRRESPONSIBLE TRANSPORTATION COMPANY. THE WORST TRANSPORTATION COMPANY! If I could give negative stars, I would have selected that. PLEASE BE WARNED that this company is not professional. They are irresponsible, non-responsive, and rude. They were the closest thing to ruining my wedding. My wedding guests were supposed to be shuttled in from a parking lot to a wedding site. Guess what? The didn't perform their services because all of their drivers showed up late, after the ceremony. And, they still refuse to pay me back for the fees although they completely missed the boat. They claim that their was a lot of traffic that day and their drivers were lost, but all the other guests apparently were able to make it to the wedding, but not them. My own guests started substituting in as drivers to shuttle guests back and forth. They are a transportation company too, so aren't they supposed to know how to get to places? I got a lot of compliments about other aspects of my wedding, but it just pains me to hear when people say "you had a great wedding, but what happened with that shuttle driver?" I completely regret hiring this company. I still have yet to receive any apology from them as they do not want to admit any fault, because they want to keep my money. This is not a company that should be in the wedding business, when so much is invested on a special day as this company cannot be relied on.
