I ordered a 6-9 month onesie set that included shoes and a hat. The onesie fit okay, but the shoes and hat were so small that a newborn "might" be able to fit in them. I tried to contact Babysport multiple times, but they ignored my calls and emails. I then went through the BBB and finally got a response. Get this...Babysport said that they merely sell the products and if I have an issue with an item, I should contact the manufacturer rather than them!!! Talk about not backing what you sell. They did say I could return the onesie set, but I would be charged a $4.95 "restocking fee" and I would have to pay for the return shipping charges ($4.00) myself. Also, the original shipping charges (5.95) would not be credited back either. In the end, if I canceled my purchase, I would be out about $15.00 with nothing to show of it. I will NEVER do business with Babysport again and strongly caution others to think twice before doing so. From my experience, their idea of customer service is "just pay me and don't bother me". Awful company!
