Fabulous Experience. When we started looking for an engagement we didn't know if we would be buying a new ring or using one handed down in the family. Guy Ballard gave us a verbal report on our ring "beautiful, excellent color & clarity...it is a gorgeous ring" . Never tried to get us to buy a ring there-however, we didn't really think it was the right ring for the special lady so we started looking at other rings. We ended up choosing a new ring that we knew would be perfect for her. The price was great! He really worked with us and absolutely no pressure- it was a fabulous experience & I would recommend this jeweler to anyone!

Thanks so much!. In the process of purchasing an engagement ring, my fiancé and I dealt with 3 – count ‘em – 3 different jewelry stores. No one could help us with the quality combination of beauty and security for the stones. Ballard and Ballard helped us design and make our perfect ring. Value added and Great quality. I can’t say how much I appreciate the Ballard's they are a class operation. I have tried the chains and other jewelers but Glenn and Guy Ballard always take care of me and my family. They designed a gorgeous ring for my wife and showed me the computer generated 3D image before they made it. True Master Jewelers and very creative… My wife thinks I’m the genius!!!!

DO NOT GO TO THEM!. NEVER SELL ANYTHING TO THESE THEIVES! THEY DO NOT HAVE A VALID SECOND HAND DEALER'S LICENSE AND WILL GIVE YOU NOTHING FOR YOUR JEWELRY. DO YOUR HOMEWORK FIRST!

Avoid at all cost. They are good jewelers, if you don't know anyone else. I was getting bad vibes from the Ballards, they were pushy and not very friendly... I however continued to do business with them, until someone referred me to another jeweler in Fountain Valley. Man, the difference in attitude and prices. I compared prices on jewelry from B&B to the new jewelry store and B&B was a rip! I will never go there again.
