Casual diners form a line for traditional Chinese food served in record time..
In Short
Born from Chinese immigrant Charles Zhang's concept of fast, yet casual Chinese food, this family-friendly restaurant quickly became a popular lunch and dinner spot. Well-known Asian dishes like Mongolian beef and orange chicken are adapted to American tastes with increased soy and vinegar and reduced oils. The affordable and convenient meals reach all kinds of people, with free-standing and strip mall restaurants for sit-down dinners, as well as carry-out locations in food courts and supermarkets.

Good Chinese Fast Food.
As a Chinese, I do have to say that STix is pretty good for a Chinese Fast Food Place. All their dishes are flavorful, and not super greasy like Panda Express. Doesn't feel entirely Americanized, which is a good thing.

Not Enough Seating.
This is a great little oriental fast food restaurant. The only problem with it is they don't have enough seating. Everytime I go here to eat, I have to practially run to get a seat when someone else leaves. Other than that... Very good place to eat.
