wow wayyyyy too many green onions for the under-flavored mongolian beef. the only thing that was tolerable was the hot tea. other than that, the chicken chowmein had no flavor and was greasy and will never go back.
- Pros: nothing was good
- Cons: nasty egg rolls and greasy chowmein
No longer worth going

The ex-owner ran a tight ship. Things turned completely the the opposite direction now. For over 20 years, Wei's was THE Chinese restaurant in OC. The new owner is obviously lazy. The waiter acts like he is being waited on. Most importantly, the food isn't near what it used to be.
Avoid this place.
- Pros: Not worth while after the ownership changed
- Cons: So So food, lazy people, and bad attitude
Expensive and not very good!

The a la cart pricing ranges between 9.95 and 14.95 for meat dishes, vegetable and chowmein range between 7.50 and 8.50. Portion size is below average compared to other family style restaurants. They specialize in szechwan cuisine and incorporate a lot of sour and pungent pickled flavors in most of the menu items so be careful and make sure to ask questions. If you are adventurous and enjoy taking risks this is the place for you.
