Worst Service. Unique Party rentals has the worst service ever. I rented table and chairs for a friends Bridal Shower. The equipment was delivered the day before the event and dropped off on the side of the house on top of a pile of mud (it had rained the day before). I was told to leave the equipment in the exact place it was dropped off. When they showed up to pick up the equipment, they would not pick it up because it was not at the front of the house. They made my friend (who was pregnant at the time) move all of the tables and chairs to the front of the house. When I called to complain I was given the worst customer service and was told that their policy states that equipment would only be picked up when it is at the front of the house.

In my opinion the staff should be trained properly, so everyone is on the same page. I will never use this company ever again, and I will make sure all of my friends and family know about the horrbile expiriance I had.

Worst Service Ever! Unprofessional Staff! Unethical Conduct!. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. First off, their staff is horribly rude. They give you an attitude about everything. Second, the chairs and tables I rented were in poor condition. Third, they give you a time frame of picking up or dropping off the merchandise between 9am and 7pm, they won't call and in the end they don't show up. I took 3 different days off of work just to get the chairs and have them pick up. Lastly, they dropped off the rentals at the side of my house and told me not to bag it in the end. After the event, I placed the rentals exactly where they left them and did not bag as they had told me. One week later, when they picked up the rentals (yes they kept flaking and my house looked like a storage facility) they finally came and then charged me $40 because the produce wasn't in front of the house and bagged. I called to let them know that I was told by their employee to leave the rentals at the side where they dropped them off (as their contract also says "place rentals where they are dropped off") and that he said not to worry abou tbagging them. She replied "That's your problem". When I asked if I was going to get charged, she said "I dont' know...probably", I asked her to have her manager call me prior to charging my credit card. They charged it anyway and I never got a call. Of course, I disputed the unauthorized charge through my credit card. Stay away from this company! They are unethical, unprofessional and will ruin your event!
