Awful facility!. If you care about anyone, don't allow them to go there. They run the place on a shoestring and it's all about the money. They hire less than qualified caregivers and they put people in their wheelchairs in the hallway because they don't have time to take care of the patients.

Repeatedly, my father fell and they explained it away that he fell out of bed. Not true. Nightmare!

They Abuse Their Residents. My grandfather was physically abused while staying at Carehouse. He was taken to Western Medical hospital for a fall when they noticed bruises on his head and face. A report of elder abuse was made to social services. Social services investigated and found the report to be accurate. There were eye witnesses to the abuse. Why didn't they say anything when they saw the abuse happening? My grandfather is now in a safe place, but is suffereing emotionally and physically from this trauma. Please do not send your family members here and stay as far away as possible!!
