Worse Customer Service, Communist Management. This place takes the cake when it come to a business ran the wrong way, there is this asian fellow in there with glasses that is rude when ever I or co workers or friends would go, he simply sends his staff over to check to see when you are done so he can take the dishes back, the staff often look at people and in their own dialect speak and laugh, the food is pase and is no comparison to other great Thai restaurants in OC like Thai Swan in Orange or Spicy Thai in Orange of Chapman, at least at these locations they treat you with respect often come out to greet you and have awsome service, I believe the owner of Georges Thai has lost touch with customer service, just cause you are next to a classy mall like South Coast Plaza does not make you a Southcoast quality retailer. Oh another thing better bring your face maks because not only would you be having a lousy meal at Georges Thai but will be inhaling nasty smelly cigar smoke that penetrates thru the walls and the vents due to the cigar shop next door.…
Great Thai. I have lunch at Georges at least once a week and not only is the food excellent, but I think the service is wonderful. It's rare one even gets the chance to meet the owner of an establishment, but Goerge is often there and is always friendly. I highly recommend.…
Worst Service/Rude Owner.
I used to work right by this restaurant, and would order out at least once a week. Normally I don't judge an entire establishment off of one person, but George is a fascist pig. Every time I came in
to pick up my order he cruelly ordering his staff around, which, at first, didn't bother me too much... the line: only for wanting an extra to go menu, he chastises me for wasting his paper, I guess he doesn't want people to bring friends. Also, I had other friends who are gay that went here- said thank you and he simply stared with a dirty look.

Quite good ...pleasantly surprised!. I had the Tom Yum Noodle Soup Bowl for 9bucks. GOsh, it was huge! They also used white meat chicken which was nice. The portions are generous and it seemed like alot people were regulars. For OC, the prices were reasonable and the portions were big as well.…

The worst customer service I have ever seen and the nastiest of all owners!!
A friend and I had been to George's Bistro several times simply because we loved the Chicken Pad Thai. We always joked about how poor the service was and how mean the servers were to their customers. Then one day we decided to order our usual Pad Thai without the chicken, this was a BIG mistake...we didn't receive our spring roll or salad and when our order finally came it was a very small pile of noodles, no garnish just noodles. We laughed and ate our lunch....upon receiving our bill I noticed that we were charged for a full Chicken Pad Thai meal. I asked the waitress if this might be a mistake, she apologized and disappeared into the kitchen. A moment went by and here came George, he came up to the table so
fast that my friend and I felt treatened (we are both women). He proceeded to yell at me while spraying my face with saliva as the other customers watched in horror afraid of a physical confrontation. I absolutely felt treatened at this point and we paid the bill and left never to return. I can't believe that this resturant can still be open with a staff and owner that abuses their clientel.…
