Worst business ethics ever!. If I could give zero stars I would, because they did absolutely nothing for me except wasted my time. I called this place looking for a specific pinata. They did not carry it but told me they could make one and it would be ready in a few days. I emailed several times starting the day they told me it would be ready, and was told it would be ready by the end of that day. They knew when I needed it by and promised me they were working on it. The day I needed it, they didnt respond to me. My poor 5 yr old daughter never got her pinata. She was so upset. I wasted 4 days waiting for this company when I could have used that time to look for something else. This is not the proper way to conduct business. I have yet to even receive an apology or explanation. I have the emails of they saying "I promise we are working on it." Anyone in the retail business knows not to use the word "promise," especially if you can't follow through with your promises.
