Worst Staff and Operator I have ever seen!. I have called doctor Goodman's office several time to make an appointment but each time the operator puts me on hold for ever and then hangs up. They have the worst people for scheduling in front desk. One time I didn't know what time was my appointment at and I called their office. I called 9 times but no one answered the question. Finally I talked to the supervisor.

Ask for Dr. Goodman!!!. I called to make an appointment with Dr. Goodman and the wait was 3 months. I was put on the cancellation list and thought that was that, the next time I will hear from them is at my scheduled appointment. Two days later the office fit me into a cancellation that was days away. The wait time to see the doctor and start the precedure was 10 minutes.

The removals were on my face and the scaring is minimal. The office staff is great. The entire experience was fantastic!

good service. Last year I saw one of the doctors at this office and he was very nice, the nurses treated the patients with respect....I didn't have to wait for a long time to see the doctor, just 5 minutes after my arrival. I recommend this dermatology group to everybody.
