Useless. The staff has no clue what there doing. Ask someone a question and they'll have to ask three more people to get an answer. The managers at this place are not friendly at all. I use to bank with Wells Fargo and the managers would always smile and say hello. Not these managers all they do is look you up and down, like there better than you.
