One Happy Customer!. I normally do not write reviews, but my experience compelled me to do so for the first time. I went in to the store and expected to be bombarded with sales people, but I was not. That was pleasant! I was approached after a few minutes by a nice sales lady who greeted me and did not babble on about what deals they were running. After quality time with her, we picked out some items and finished up the sales process. The service was great, the prices were reasonable and I was in and out of there in about an hour. I believe the store caters to a more hispanic crowd, but I got a better experience than those other stores like Living Spaces or Ashley. You gotta try these guys out, you will be very surprised and happy especially during these hard times.

Wow.... Where can i start, first of all i spent a little over 5,000 just on my bedroom set and mattress. They charged us even for the water they didn,t even give us... Lol ..
Plus theyy somehow gave out my husbands information and he had his identity stolen . We fixed that on our on of course... Anyway, the staff is super unprofesional.. No customer service etique... I have work for a retail jewelry store for 6 years as the store manager.. And have quotas and pretty much know what they need to do to achieve the goal... But seriously doesn't seem to be that they want to meet the goal, judging by the badddd..... Customer service they have... I really like the furniture but i'm defenetly not shopping at "CASA LINDA" ever again ... Fiest and last.... I'm happy with my new furniture provider now... Thanks !, "LIVING SPACES" ... They have no comission on sales, so they are very profesional not pushy, give your space, and privacy, also very high quality and do explain the whole picture...they even have interior decoration specialist if you. Need one there... Is that nice or what... Well basically, its very sad that we as customers aren't given the right treat....i do wanna mentioned that the store has no guilt about all this, i mean i believe the owner or who ever is running the place is not to happy to see the customers unsatisfied, the staff is what they need to change .... They really need to choose carefully who they want to hire or fire.......... You don't need people like this to be in front of your bussiness giving the worst of them, mistreating your customers, getting bad reputation.... Well i guess i got a little carried away by this whole drama... But seriously MR.OWNER ... YOU SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT ......THE END.....
very poor customer service worst experience. im nor suprised i bought a tv that cost me almost 3000$ i bought the warranty because the sales person Gilberto Viera pushed it on us we told him we did not want it and he still added on there very pushy and admitted they need a quota on how many warrantys they need to sell then spoke to the manager Beatriz on the phone and was super rude told me the mr quintanilla the service manager was the only one that will help us and he can only schedule a technitian i explain to her the tv is messing up my internet at home she did not care wants to charge me 15% on a defective item very rude when asked i asked about her manager told me her name is carmen and said that she wold tell me the same thing i asked for the owner refuse to tell me his name or her name poor poor customer service horrible experience worst store cant wait to go to best buy and buy even though it might be more expensive this customer service is the worst.. i have ever seen and im a customer service manager i would never treat the customer the way these store has treated us... my phone number is 323-428-4076 if the owner is reading this please contact me its not fair the way your staff is treating us

When we originally went to shop around the sales ladies were very nice and attentive. We ended up ordering most of our furniture for our new appartment here, as the prices were alright.
First of many horrible experiences was that our furniture did no arrive the day that we had ordered it. When they finally delivered it they only delivered parts of it- so we literally did not have a bed, a full dinning table or a full living room.
We are suppose to pay every 15th, well they call you anywhere from 3-7 times a day!! The customer service ladies are beyond rude! They do not let you talk and they are almost threatning you when are not even late for the payment. Their has been times when I already made a payment and basically acuse me of lying until they check their system or ask the last person I spoke to.
Recently I was late on payment due to a family emergency- I called them before hand to let them know, that I was going to pay about 2 weeks late but that I would be paying for two months. The lady I spoke to said she would note it. They kept calling and everytime I would explain the same thing! One day I had one of the representitives use verbal insults towards me. I stayed calm and said I would call later. They then called my work and I am not allowed to take personal call- so I asked the lady if I could call her back from my cell phone (a different lady then the one previously mentioned.) and she would not let me hang up and kept calling me a liar! I then had my fiance call and explain that we had arranged to pay in two days and the lady he spoke to also cussed him out - and when my fiance mentioned he WOULD NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN the lady went on to tell him that if that was his plan she would earase all the notes and make it seem that we simply refuse to pay and she would have some one go pick our furniture???!!! My fiance then repeated him self and explained I said I WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE AGAIN not that I would not pay- and she said she did not care and that she will continue calling my work place. When he asked for her name she hung up.
When he called back and spoke to a DIFFERENT lady he asked for the previouse representative's name and she said they had no notes so he could not prove it??!!!
DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!!!!! FIND A PLACE THAT YOU CAN TRUST!!!

I gave this business 2 stars and I was satisfied w/the product I purchased on credit there. The sales girl was very nice and informative.
I wouldve given them no stars had it not been for the above. They have the absolute worst phone customer service I have encountered. As a matter of fact I just called and they couldnt take my call for a payment. Here is the number reason I will NEVER buy from Casalinda again: I have a payment due on the 5th of each month, they call 1,2 or 3 days BEFORE it is due. Then they try to say they are just making courtesy calls. Well they call a minimum of 5 times (sometimes more) a day!! They call non stop every day after that. If you tell them you are going to be in by a certain day, they will call you an hour later! Now, I have purchased items,furniture, appliances from various stores (cash and credit) and NEVER has any collector been so utterly frustrating and annoying (especially when you are at work) like the people from casa linda! They dont honor your right to a 10 day grace period if you need one because they will call you non stop anyway. They will call your work, they will call your family and friends.
To Casalinda: thank you (Gillermina) for the excellent customer service (initially) but i will NEVER shop there again!
