EL PEOR DE LOS SERVICIOS DE TRANSPORTE. ESTA MISERABLE LINEA DE TRANSPORTE si se le puede llamar asi!!.. Ofrece el MAS PRECARIO, HORRIBLE Y PESIMO SERVICIO que puede haber en California!! Tuve la desgracia de requerir de sus servicios para trasladarme al aeropuerto de Tijuana junto con mi hermana. Todo comenzo con la cajera que para empezar no sabia sumar!! 26 + 26 = 56?? Le pague con un billete de $100 y se hizo Pendeja dandome cambio como si le hubiera pagado $60 dolares!! Cuando aborde el camion tuve la sorpresa de que no habia asientos disponibles, solo quedaban 2 lugares localizados atras del chofer. Le dije al Chofer que ya no habia lugares disponibles solo los dos de adelante y me dijo que esos estaban apartados! Le comente que como era posible que me vendieran asientos que no estaban disponibles!! Por lo que me cedio esos dos asientos (No era verdad que estaban apartados) Al llegar a la linea se bajaron varias personas entre ellas una senora la cual su maleta se encontraba hasta el fondo y el chofer le dijo que no podia sacar todas las maletas para sacar la de ella!! Por lo cual Me encabrite y le reclame!!! Y el muy cinico y de manera prepotente me dijo que yo no me metiera, que no era mi problema!! Le dije que la senora no podia irse sin sus maletas!! El dijo que el no la habia metido y que no tenia la culpa!! Le dije que tenia razon pero que la culpa tampoco era de la senora! que sin embargo el que tenia que dar la cara y el que tenia que dar el servicio era EL!! El siguio reclamandome que no era mi problema!! QUE ESTUPIDO PEDAZO DE IMBECIL tienen como chofer en esa linea! (moreno con cara de simio, cabello muy corto labios gruesos y una dentadura fatal!!) Facil de saveriguar quien es!! PESIMO SERVICIO!!!! Los autobuses estan para llorar!!! TODO EL PERSONAL QUE LABORA EN ESTA LINEA DA ASCO!!! Son gente sin la mas minima educacion!!!! Espero pronto saber que desparezca esta linea y pongan otra mas eficiente y con personal con criterio, educacion y sentido comun! No estos Asnos buenos para nada!!!

Warning!!! Liars!! Bad Experience!!. I am so pissed off with this company right now! I just dropped my mom off this morning and I am already writing this! When we arrived to the train depot we were greeted by Carmen, the liar, at the 3 Estrellas booth. I asked her if the bus traveled directly to the Tijuana airport and she said yes. My mother had several pieces of luggage and did not want to transfer to another bus. I then found out that InterCalifornia, another travel agency told another customer that 3 Estrellas did not travel directly to the airport. I confronted Carmen about this and she gave me a dumb look and said she had to call to inquire whether it was a direct trip. She pretended to call someone, hung up and said "sorry" it's not direct. I told her I wanted my money back so I could go on InterCalifornia and she said "No refunds!" I could not believe the bold face lie. And as it turns out, my mom just called me from the bus and said everyone was lied to by Carmen and the bus driver was rude. Carmen said the bus driver would help my mom move her luggage to the other bus which also turned out not to be true. Do NOT travel with these lying scumbags!! Carmen should be fired!!! It's not over yet!!! This company should be called Zero Star for their extremely poor customer service!

I will never travel with them again !. Tres Estrellas De Oro is Terrible. Tres Estrellas is the worse, The drivers are very bad they never get on time we have to wait very ling looooooooooonnng time ! and they are not gentle with people. I had a very bad experience with them I lived in Fresno Ca, and they don't even have a place to park in. The ladies in there do not have good way to treat people in there. I totally hate it. I encourage to all the people like to travel a lot if you wan to travel comfortable do not travel with Tres Estrellas De Oro.

Never will Travel with them again.
