Dr. Hill and her staff treat me and my pets as family!. From my first phone call in Mika was very informative on what would be expected for our first visit and what information to bring. She even reminded us to bring a poop sample to check for parasites. Upon arrival Chris greeted us and immediately began our paperwork and then Omar was the technician that took a thorough history and even noticed my pet had an ear infection. I thought he was the doctor, but after that he told me Dr. Hill would be right in. Then Dr. Hill talked to me about my pup's training, feedingschedule/recommendations, flea prev, pet insurance you name it. She really seemed to genuinely care about my pet and not just the money. As a matter of fact she gave me free sample of food and the flea product. How cool is that? Then the following day after my pup got his first shots I got not one but two calls checking up on him (one from Chris and one from Dr Hill). Who does that anymore? And after seeing how busy her practice was (but I only waited like 5 or 10 minutes to see the doctor) I was really impressed. Then I went back for a bath and was shocked at how easily and smoothly everything went (compared to Petco). I just got Jax neutered and he came running out to the front to greet me like nothing had happened. Dr. Hill made sure his pain was controlled and he's already back to normal only 48 hours after his neuter. I'm going to refer everyone I know!! And you can get a free exam on their website for new clients. That's nice in these tough economic times. Now its time to get our cranky cat in for his shots and teeth cleaning. :-)
