As Good as it Gets !. We've lived in So. Orange County for 7 years now having come from San Francisco. We've had 4 Lexus LS's in that time of which Saddleback has taken care of the bulk of our regular auto service and mechanical needs, short of tires. They've consistently given our vehicles terrific care.

I'm a price shopper and no, they aren't always the absolute lowest estimate (not far off!) but they do have excellent mechanics who know their stuff and always charge a fair and reasonable price for their top quality services.

No, we don't have any relation to the owners but simply wanted to give credit where credit is due in this day and age of questionable service. They're honest, reliable and do not overcharge, especially compared to other Orange County automotive repair shops, let alone dealerships.

Good Service and Reliable. I do most general maintenance myself, but for the big jobs they have the tools and know how that i don't. They are great, they have worked on several family vehicles including a BMW transmission that we have put over 40,000 miles since it was done for a total of 120,000 miles on it so far. This place is losing. My second transmission replacement from these guys just went out. The first one was a slight hair over thier 11,000 mile pathetic warranty. The last one made it about 35,000 miles. Thanks guys.. Great job. Let me pull another couple grand out of my a** for another one! Should have been fixed right the first time.…
