They can get and do anything you can dream up!.
I stopped by their store to see if they could possibly service a few of my older Swiss Automatic watches, all of which were in serious states of neglect due to my laziness over the years. Not only did they service all (4) them at an unbelievable price and with a quick turnaround, they are also now more accurate than ever before (within 2 seconds a day)! Moreover, when I shared a conversation with the owner (pretty little girl, her name is Kathy) about my dream watch, she called me three days later with a Pre-owned model which I just couldn't pass up because it was such a great deal!
Thanks Kathy and all at Pulido, for making a dream come true and for the unsurpassed customer service you provided. I will shop nowhere else but here for all my future Jewelry needs!

I couldn't be happier with the craftmanship, quality of diamonds and customer service. Everyone at Pulido Jewelers was so kind and patient with me through out the process. I look forward to Christmas time when my Husband will be bringing back for that beautiful necklace! :-)

Not A Happy Customer. Not a happy customer at all. This place has ZERO customer satifiation and does not stand by the work they perform. I will not do business with this place ever again.....

Best Jeweler in the O.C.. I visited Pulido Jewelers to have a white gold ring sized for my wife. I was very pleased with the work they did. When I picked up the ring, it looked like new! My wife couldn't believe it! She said her ring never looked that good. Not even when we first got it! I will never go anywhere else.
