Rude receptionist/office manager driving customers away!!!. I don't recall her name but I believe she is the office manager who has been with working there for quite some time. I can not believe that she is so rude to me and to other customers as well! I am finally fed up with her and took my business elsewhere. I don' understand why Dr. Lauren doesn't fire her. She is driving customers away!
