Worth every penny!. I have been a patient here for 5 years, and I have to say this was an amazing investment. My husband, then boyfriend, told me about Med Weight, he was getting his neck lasered at the time. I had been looking around at other places, but they were only offering packages of 5 treatments, or on a per treatment basis. One place told me it would be $1000 a treatment for ONE AREA....WHAT????? My husband told me Med Weight did a life time guarentee where you pay once for your treatment and you can come back whenever you need to, which sounded great to me. And compared to other places I looked at the price they gave me for my underarm and bikini was fantastic. I couldn't even have gotten one treatment at the other place for the price I got here. I went in last week, first time since 2010, to take care of one hair, yep, one hair...haha I love it!!! Took me about a month to get in, which isn't so bad compared to my dentist (6 weeks) and OB-GYN (2 months), so I'm glad I called early enough to get in before summer starts. The office looks the same, but lots of new faces. The girls up front, not sure how long they've been there, seem really nice and were very friendly asking if I needed water or anything. It was nice to see Nazy again, she has always been so nice, always asking me about my husband and how we're doing. I have referred tons of friends and they all love this place, I mean it is hard not to, when they have a lifetime guarentee. If I had gone to the other place it would've cost me over $15,000...that is ridiculous. I definitely recommend this place if you are interested in being hair free...you really can't beat the lifetime guarentee. You never know when your hair might decide to show up again.

LOVE IT!!!!!!!. My first treatment was 2 months ago. I am so happy that I chose this center. The receptionists and consultation staff are always courteous and helpful. THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY. I have had 2 different nurses and found both to be very knowledgeable and professional... Dr O'Reilly has trained her staff really well. I found their prices to be competitive but the LIFETIME GUARANTEE is an exceptional perk. Right now I am doing laser hair removal but I plan on doing other procedures here as well. My friend recommended me here because she loved it and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it to all.

b.s. They have burned 2 of my friends with their lasers.this place is full of b.s.seriously not worth spending money and looking like zebra!!!!.yeah life time warranty sounds good but you can NOTmake appt at this place..two new front desk are so rude and not professional.I think they just graduated from high school..they have no clue what they are doing. ZERO customer service..I shouldnt sign up with them...rather spend my money some place else with pkg of 6 or 8 than spending $3000 and not be able to make appt and now scared of getting burned..

Used Car Salesman-like Receptionist. Okay, so on the lines of rating the product they sell i would rate them highly. Their lasers are good, the technicians are nice and knowledgeable, and it works. They may seem like they have high prices, but they are the only office that offers unlimited treatments and lifetime touch ups, which saves money down the road

not as for their receptionist staff i would rate a 0 if possible. not helpful, very pushy, very mean and snarky and stuck up. She very mush is like a used car salesman. the office hours are horrible and you need to make appointments at least a month out. and you also end up waiting for longer than you would expect in the waiting room. I never even met Dr. O'Reilly!

As for service, this place is horrible. BUT if you only care about a good deal on the treatment, for the treatment to work, and (the ONLY reason i still go here) a lifetime guarantee, than this place isn't bad. You just need to put up with the b*tch in the front.

(PS: don't want to sound like a racist because i'm not and my best friend of 20 years it Persian, but if you are Persian and speak Farsi than the front girl will be nice to you and help you out. Just an observation.)

horrible customer service. This place offers you one time payment with life time guarantee. The technicians are very nice and knowledgeable. The reception team is however different. I signed 4 years ago for face treatment with life guarantee, then I called (after 2 years of no service) to schedule a maintenance session. The receptionist told me they had no availabilities until 2 months. I called again and told her that I need to have new service for new areas (new payment of course) and she gives me an appointment in the same week. As soon as I go for this appointment, she collects the full amount in advance. When it's time for my second session she puts me on hold right away (please hold) for 10 minutes and I have to call again she puts me on hold (they have caller ID service so they know who's calling) so I use a different phone and she answers (she thinks I'm a new customer). When she find it's me, "I'm sorry, I have to put you on hold and will call you in an hour" and of course never called.

Same thing happened with a friend of mine. I'm so disappointed in their customer service after paying the full amount. That's why they're cheap.

Dishonest. They have a used car sales man approach to selling thier laser hair removal services. Thier staff is dishonest and unprofessional. You must have every area that you get treatment in writing with a diagram otherwise they will shock you with a different fee.

I paid for a service and 10 sessions down the line they advised me that it is not included. I tried to explain to them the situation but the arragant staff was not listening. I did find my origianl contract and did sent them a letter in order to resolve the situation. They did not respond to my letter. Unfortunately, I already spend $3000.00 with them and i have no choice but to deal with them at this point. If you can avoid using thier establishment I strongly recommend it. You will save yourself alot of headaches down the line.
