Not a happy camper. I purchased a promotional voucher that's good for 10 oil changes, tire rotations, car wash, etc back in 10/2010. The direction requires the customer to exchange the voucher for coupons for later uses with no expiration dates.

When I get to the place, there is MINIMAL parking spaces. No more than 4 spaces, including 1 handicap parking. I had to park on the street across from the shop. After going in, the service manager Jeremy Moss told me they ran out of the coupon books and will call me when they get it and offer me a deal for oil change only for $29.99. I left and went back two more times to get the coupons since I never got a call.

On the last visit I was told that coupons will be mailed to me and just ignore the expiration date on the voucher. Again, I went back a few weeks later and was then told that Jeremy no longer works for them and the whole deal is off. Then they offer me a deal for $89 for few oil changes.

All these times, there was no friendly smile. No greeting. "Give me your key" was the only words.

I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone. Seems like they just lure you in with good deal and do a bait and switch deal.

What an efficient and honest place!!!!. I have been skeptical of auto shops since one of my favorite places closed 5 years ago and have had trouble finding an honest place. I was refered to A-Z by a friend and of course was still hesitant. Jeremy, the service manager assured me he would look at everything and tell me what I needed done. I was expecting a call telling me that I would have to spend a whole lot of money, instead I recieved a call with an honest estimate of what really needed to be done. Not everything the other place was telling me I needed to fix!!! I have been back twice and have had an excellent experience everytime. This is a great place and I will not only go to A-Z for my regularly scheduled oil changes, but any repair I will need in the future!

Thanks A-Z tech for making me believe there are honest places one again!!!

Fair, conscientious, and have a quality work ethic. I'm relatively new to the area and needed some body work done on my Lexus LS430. A-Z was recommended by another OC mechanic so Jeff (great guy) gave me an estimate which I thought was very fair and had them do the work. Wow - they went above and beyond the call of duty, especially compared to what I experienced over the years in the SF Bay Area.

I can't say enough positive things about them and the quality work they do at a more than reasonable price. Btw, they're a busy shop, even in these tough economic times and for good reason - they're really fair, conscientiuous, and do quality work.

Uncommon Excellence Exceeding Expectations. I administer luxury full service hotels. The common target of everyone there, if I have done my job right, is to Exceed the Expectations of the most demanding guests.

But these two guys, directing the maintenance and body shop operations, trump anyone I have known in this business.

I hope I am not revealing only my 'One -Of-A-Kind' experiences, and thus have created a 'monster' for this business to uphold, but whether, I have been chauffeured without me ever asking or having a replacement car waiting upon my arrival at their body shop, A-Z, makes what might be unpleasant, unexpectantly more acceptable. Did I mention, they detailed my interior while repairing the exterior?!!!

Excellent Body Repair. I had minor dents & scratches repaired on my 2010 Chevrolet Equinox. The completed work was flawless- they matched the metallic paint perfectly. The work was completed on time & as promised. Jeff Sherman's estimate was very competitive with other shops along Via Fabricante. Even though the completed price was a little higher than the estimate, he honored the estimate price! I highly recommend A-Z to anyone needing body work done on their vehicle.

EXCELLENT BODY SHOP. Car window was smashed - Jeff Sherman at A-Z Tech took car of us from start to finish.

Felt very comfortable with them and picked up car - everything was perfect.

Would definitely recommend A-Z Tech and their work!

Excellent service. Had my Camry's rear fender replaced and was very satisfied with the experience.

A-Z Tech Automotive were very responsive and even detailed the car!

I would go back to this establishment again.

no brakes. They charged the same price as the dealer for front bakes but they said they could get the job done that day. When i picked up my car the brakes were still making the same screeching noise and felt the same as before i had them replaced. The tech said "drive the car for a couple of days and the noise will go away". It's been a six weeks and the noise is louder then ever and i really believe they did not turn the roaders or the job was not done properly. They also told me they rotated the tire as i asked them too, the tech wrote on the receipt that he had rotated the tires. We had marked the tires left and right before and when i showed the tech, he said "oh" I felt they did not need to be rotated. I really have doubt about this tech, and i will never go back and I will tell all my friends not to go to A-Z automotive in Mission Viejo.

Waiting for Godot. it was agreed that someone was to show up at my place of business to fix something on my car. At the agreed upon time no one showed. I called a few minutes later and person at the service desk said that he would call back in ten minutes. Never called back. I'm at work. I need to make time to go downstairs and set these guys up to fix my car. Do I start a new project? Do I keep waiting? It was ridiculous. Needless to say I will NEVER refer this dealer to ANYONE. Don't call them to come to your place of business to fix your car! They call themselves Anything Mobile? How about NOTHING Mobile!

best of the best. Very professional and courteous.These guys have an excellent reputation and a full serve one stop shop.They even do body and paint!
