Best salon in OC....ask for Krista!.
Spending years looking for a salon that I liked in OC, I can't begin to express how excited I was after my first visit to Jeffrey Michaels' Salon. The friendly staff and warm atmosphere was welcoming from the start. Krista was very patient and attentive and listened to exactly what I wanted done with my hair. Having bleached my own hair for years, she definitely had her work cut out for her! I was amazed at how Krista was able to transform my hair from a brassy, damaged mess to a gorgeous, healthy blonde.
I've now been going to Jeffrey Michaels' Salon for almost 2 years and I am a customer for life! If you're looking for a professional salon with a great atmosphere and amazing staff, check out Jeffrey Michaels' Salon and ask for Krista. I promise you, you'll walk out feeling like a million bucks!

THE BEST LITTLE SALON IN THE WEST!.
My daughter referred me to this salon after she discovered it online and was so happy with the cut and service that she received from Katie.
From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and it appeared to be a professional salon without "attitude". Despite the fact that I was late for this appointment, I never felt rushed or as if I had caused any problems. Katie took time with me and really LISTENED to what I wanted and expected. She discussed my desires with me and told me what she knew she could create at this visit and we talked about future visits as my hair grows and becomes more "user friendly"! A prior stylist at another salon had thinned out my hair and created a lot of different lengths that Katie needed to carefully cut and shape into something that would eventually grow into a manageable and cute look.
Katie doesn't have her "own agenda" - instead, she wants to do what the client desires. I was comfortable with her and she gave me a good cut - one that I can style and one that I am very happy with!! Additionally, she used some fantastic products on my hair, making it healthy looking and feeling! I can't say enough GOOD things about Katie and the cut and the salon. Everyone was friendly and welcoming with a professional, friendly demeanor, showing patience and respect while listening to my desires. I've already referred Katie to one friend and I plan to continue to spread the word about this salon and Katie's sweet customer service skills and pleasing personality, as well as her talents!
I give this experience a "thumbs up" with the highest 5 Star rating and look forward to returning in the near future!

KRISTA WONG IS THE BOMB!!!!!!!!.
Hmm....am I willing to share the best kept secret in Orange County? Gals you understand sharing a hairdresser is like sharing one of your best secrets; if this gets out then will my hairdresser still have time for me?
Krista Wong takes my crazy, wild curls--almost a big bush of hair--really ask her yourself and tames my hair to a BEAUTIFUL Hairstyle. This is not some hairstyle that once I wash it will never work at home (trust me I experienced plenty of those in my life) but a hairstyle that WORKS and I can manage at HOME between haircuts.
When you are ready to experience a style (and color) that is the best in the industry; ask for KRISTA WONG only and go see what she can accomplish for you!
I am BEYOND PICKY when it comes to my hair and who is allowed to touch it; let alone color and style this mess of mine...so if I TRUST KRISTA WONG; I would say you can as well!
ENJOY; you will never go back to you old hairdresser again!

Carol is the absolute best!. So, I have been going to Carol for my color and cut for a couple of years now and I simply cannot say enough great things about her. Every time she does my hair I absolutely love it and I leave the salon feeling great! She is the perfect stylist; warm, friendly, easy to be around, and extremely talented. I would recommend Carol to anyone, she is simply the best!

Professional Salon.
After reading most of the reviews about this salon I thought I would take a chance and made an appointment. I was looking for a
salon to meet if not all of my needs some of them. I went a week ago and met Brianna who was very gracious and understanding as well as friendly. She met all of my expectations as she colored and styled my very curly newly cut hair...
The service is exceptional...

Katie is the best.
My hair was a mess...waited too long to get it cut and weaved... it needed to be tamed... I've moved to OC from LA where I had my hair cut and colored by Hollywood/KNBC hairstylists for years. Cutting edge...so I thought. Showed Katie a picture of what I wanted.
PERFECT.... Everything was better than I could expect. She is a great hair cutter... My cut is businesslike.. with a slight edge that she makes happen. Color is fantastic and highlights are prefect. No one in Hollywood could match this...

My new favorite.... I have been to many salons on the East and West coast and I have to say that Andrew Sun is a phenomenal hair stylist. He really knows his craft and took the time to find out what I wanted and explained how to style my hair as he was working with it. He is truly an artist. He used some awesome products on my hair and I have to say that the Moroccan oil is the best! What a great group of people and what a great salon. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone.

They Care About Their Client's Experience.
Dave and Jeff the owners make sure the clients who visit their salon are well taken care of. They take pride in their positive reputation and will do their best to make sure everyone who walks through the door leaves as happy as possible. Salons and businesses in general with this level of customer service are hard to come by.
I would definitely see Jeff again since he helped repair a haircut gone wrong. He is highly skilled, laid back, personable and takes the time to really listen to what the client wants.

Best Salon!! Krista Wong is the BEST!!.
I never look forward to seeking out a new hair dresser just because it takes me literally 3 times or more to find the perfect one.
When we relocated to the O.C, I started my search online, and came across this salon, and read the reviews on Krista Wong.
Needless to say, she is AMAZING, and did such a wonderful job on my hair.
I am VERY picky about the cut, and color of my hair, and she NAILED IT.
If you're looking for a superb stylist, and a great atmosphere, then this is the place!!
