Such a great salon!

Such a great salon! I have been looking for such a great salon for a long time. All the girls are so proffesional and so nice. The girl who did my hair, Brianna, did an AMAZING job. I came in with brassy golden toned blonde hair.. ugh horrible, and she carefully listened to how I wanted it, and fixed it EXACLY how I wanted it. It looks amazing! she gave so many tips, and was such a sweetie. And gave me a free deep repair treatment since I was a first customer. if you want bautiful blonde hair, or highlights go to her! shes awesome <3

Loyal Client for Years - ask for Staci!

I've been a loyal client of Staci Ruiz for years. She has taken me from long hair to short hair to curled hair to straight hair to platinum blonde to golden brown... I am REALLY picky about my hair and she is the only one I trust enough to say "Do what you want!" I would recommend Staci to anyone. My boyfriend even wants to get his hair cut by her next time because I'm such a big fan of hers. Not only is she talented, but she is very personable and fun to be around. Some of my hair appointments (when I wanted my long hair to have an all over weave of highlights and low lights plus a toner and also a trim and style) have taken a few hours, but the time spent is well worth it and Staci always makes me feel comfortable. She is a really hard worker and is always there for her clients 6 days a week. Highly recommended!

Ask for Amaris

You won’t be disappointed. I have been going to see Amaris for about a year now. She is the best. Super friendly and fun. I am the kind of girl that likes to go from highlights to dark in an instant and she always makes it happen. I always get complements on my hair. I love the fact that I can go in and ask her about the latest trends and she shows me how to recreate what I’ve seen/heard. (dry shampoo…my favorite trick for a girl on the go) My hair always looks fantastic but another reason why I love going there is the atmosphere. I love having a glass a wine in hand with the latest gossip magazine. It is a nice way to relax while getting beautified.

Never Been So Disappointed :(

I was in need of a new relationship/ salon. I found Jeffrey Michael's Salon here, and after reading great reviews gave them a call. The man I spoke with was nice, I explained I had a 10 year relationship with my last salon but my favorite people had moved on. He kept me on the phone for 20 minutes before he would book my 2pm appointment, informing me of the type of client THEY desire. I didn't have time for this but since I was looking for a relationship I didn't want to start off rude. I used to pay 2x the charge of their services so I felt he was setting quite a standard in this 20 minutes & was hopeful to like this place and save money.

I walked into the salon at 1:55pm and no one greeted me. At 2:05pm a man asked if I had been helped. I informed I had an appointment, he said ok and went on with his business. I sat there ANOTHER 25 MINUTES with NO ONE acknowledging me and was about to inform whoever at this point that I was going to leave when the stylist finally came to get me. She was very sweet but didn't have the experience I was looking for, at all. I am in the process of growing my hair out and getting rid of layers. I didn't go for a styled cut, I went for a trim, and my only request was to not cut additional layers - that I was fine with a not-perfect cut because it was growing fast, and my intention was for the future. During the cut we discussed her color services. She told me that she felt in order to match my blonde she'd have to block out her entire day and charge me $200! Why would I sit anywhere all day when all I need is my roots done?! She finished and blow dried in a tough damaging way with a round brush.. then decides she doesn't like it and straightens my hair - my hair is naturally straight, never used a straighter in my life, it looked more damaged after my trim! Then she informs me that she cut a couple layers in the back because she couldn't stand the way it looked. It wasn't her choice! I went to another Salon the next week for my roots and was teased for this haircut! This salon cut it for free because they felt bad for me! The only blessing in this is that I found another Salon, in the area, that has even better prices, and more experienced stylists! This is the first negative review I have ever written and I've thought about it for 3 months before doing so. I've never had such a bad experience at a salon before & I think its important they know. Only plus in my experience - they use moroccan oil?

My Favorite Salon & Stylist Krista Wong~

First: The salon is very welcoming from the moment I walk in all the way until I leave...I always receive the same high level of customer service each time I visit. The owner who sits up front is attentive and pays attention to each person who walks through the door. (He even remembers my name!)

Stylist: I absolutely adore my girl Krista Wong!!! She has been such a blessing through the years of hair change along with life's obstacles. I've never been disappointed leaving her chair and Krista ALWAYS listens to my needs and dislikes when it comes to my hairstyle. I drive almost an hr each way and even in traffic sometimes to get my fix. Krista Wong is worth every minute and every penny. (Her prices are very reasonable and are never shocking, another plus) My blonde locks have never looked so healthy and pretty, when I decide to go darker, I never leave feeling dull or washed out. Perfect color and cut always!

Everyone is so nice and pleasant working there. Always saying "hello" and the girls are never gossiping which is a huge plus! If you are looking for a new hairdresser, I encourage you to try Krista, just don't take my appointment! :) Quality work!
