I wanted to take just a moment to sincerely thank you for the excellent work on my home’s garage doors. You not only repaired and adjusted my attempts to install an opener for our 3rd stall; you were able to significantly quiet down the main door underneath our daughter’s bedroom – a much appreciated improvement. In addition, you were able to solve a complex electrical problem with the Mother Board on one of the units.

Better than I could ever imagine. He returned my call before I could stand up from my computer. I explained my problem and he told me exactly what he was planning to do, right down to the cost. He came the next day, and my garage door was working when I returned home from work. He didn`t press for payment immediately, but told me to drop it in the mail. I am still smiling.

They called me and asked me several specific questions in order to make sure that I needed their services. After it was clear what the problem was, they quoted me a price and arranged for a visit the following morning. They arrived at the time specified and tried to save me money by fixing the problem without replacing the equipment however the technician was unable to do so. He then noticed that the equipent that he had was not the proper piece needed for the repair and he would have to go back and get the proper piece and return the following day. They returned the following afternoon and replaced the broken piece. I was very pleased that they went the extra mile (over 30 miles) and didn`t blink. Their customer service was a welcomed surprised.

Their response time was unbelievable and their pricing was very competitive. The service was excellent and very timely. The tech who installed my units was very professional and friendly. I will definitely plan to use them when we decide to replace our garage doors.

He`s remodeled 2 of my houses and did an awesome job. If I have any more work to be done in the future I would call him first - he`s great!
