Understaffed. This toysrus is frustrating to shop at. Everytime I go there I regret it. The Baby Registry system never works, their computers are down, and they are understaffed.

Good selection, long lines. Toys R Us has the best selection of toys and games around but they are always short staffed and their checkout lines are always long. They never have more than 2 lines open, ever!
