False Advertising, Poor communication. I just recently went to rent from this company. I called to rent a refrigerator, I placed a specific order including the color. I was not told that it didn't come in the color I asked for until I spotted the truck driving up and down my street numerous times WHILE I was standing in my driveway. I was told the morning of the delivery that I needed to have a deposit and first months rent in CASH. On their website they state NO DEPOSIT. Sorry if I seem a bit angry in writing this review, but I am extremely disappointed in the service of this company.

Old defective equipment, no emergency phone numbers or services. In the three months I have used their refrigerator/freezers they have had to come out three times to ether fix or repair broken down equipment, each time I have had to leave work to meet them because they do not offer any service (including emergency) except during regular business hours on M-F. There is no emergency number to call ether so after five PM the best you can do is to leave a message and if it is on Friday they will be no calls until Monday at best. So far I have lost two full loads of food that was defrosted and spoiled and have been only give a $15.00 credit of which I am sure I have lost well over $100.00 not including loss of wages when I had to leave work or purchasing ice chests and ice to try to save some items and keep new items cold.

Based on my experiance it seems like this company buys and then without checking rents out old broken down machines that they hope will last the duration of the rental. I have had two machines breakdown a total of 4 times now in just 3 months. I would recommend to everyone that they look elsewhere for their appliance needs
