Disappointed

I ordered flowers early for Mothers Day to be delivered at her office. I ordered them Monday and requested they be delivered Tuesday. Knowing their office closes early, I called the day of and was assured around 1 o'clock they would be delivered very soon. When i didn't her from her, i called to check on the order and was rudely told that they had left them with another company because the office was closed when they got there after 3:30! I can't even comment on the flowers because we have not seen them. I have never heard of keaving something with a completely different company and when i tried explaining that, i got nothing but attitude! I will never use them again after this horrible experience!

good sunday special

i like there sunday special which i go for fifty percent off i used to go like every sunday but i stopped when i moved for a couple months and now i just started going again and there flowers are still really nice

My solution for my picky (but loving) wife

My wife used to work in a flower shop in high school for 3 years and is VERY picky about her flowers. After ordering boxed flowers online, and trying some other places nearby, I am verry happy to say that Dave's Flowers has been awesome! They have flowers I never heard of before my wife started asking them if they could get them, and I will never use anyone else. For guy who knows nothing about flowers, they have been a great find for me.

• Pros: I only went in once and do everything over the phone now
• Cons: NONE!

What a wonderful surprise!

Called them to order a funeral arrangement for my grandmother after reading the Register's "Best of Orange County" edition (which I saved!) and was pleasantly surprised. Great customer service on the phone since I wanted something very happy looking. They nailed it, and the arrangement was larger and fresher looking than I expected. Only negative was a minute or so hold time on the phone in the beginning.

• Pros: Better than other florists I've tried
• Cons: Could use more people on the phones
