The work that Jan does is excellent. It is unmatched by anything I have seen in the industry. You cannot go wrong with hiring her for your stained glass needs.

A dream come true! We are very happy with the leaded glass entry we purchased from the Stained Glass Castle. It is a work of art. Jan helped us design the perfect look for our home. Our order was completed on time and beautifully installed. We get complements all the time. We definitely will select the Stained Glass Castle again and highly recommend them.

I've had the opportunity to see Jan Brookhart's stained glass creations many times over the years - highly creative, beautifully executed. We own a traditional glass shop in Long Beach and don't do this kind of work. We refer customers who need new or replacement stained glass to Jan at the Stained Glass Castle, She's always taken great care of our customers. We trust her to deliver on time, professionally, and with fair prices.

BAT CRAP CRAZY. Bat Crap Crazy! My friend and I stopped in on a Saturday to see if they offered classes. When I spoke up first, the owner proceeded to ask me if my friend was 5 and could speak for himself. Then she went into a complete TIRADE about how I was being co-dependent and he was abusing me. My friend had the where-with-all to step outside, and as soon as he did she started shouting at me saying "SEE HE ABANDONED YOU" Once I found my ability to talk (after all I was completely shocked at her behavior) I said we were only interested in classes, at that point she YELLED at me to leave. As I was walking out the door I heard her behind me go into some kind of wordless babble. If that is the normal way that this company greets people, I have NO IDEA how they stay in business. After being treated like that I have every intention of telling everyone NOT to use the Stained Glass Castle because you will probably be verbally assaulted by the owner.

AWFUL. WORST customer service ever. First they send us out someone to prep the door and he was totally unprepared. Jan (the owner) said he would be here two hours. He was here for 5. He had to borrow the correct tools and then had to make two runs to get supplies. Plus he had already been here to check out the door before he did the work. Then when he left, he left the door completely hacked apart. He couldn't even get the door knob back on. We called Jan and let her know how upset we were about the instal and she went nuts and hung up. After further inspection of the actual glass we found a crack. We called back to see if she would come out and look at it, and her response was that we could hire the same door hack and have him come out and take the glass out, bring it to her and she would charge us to fix it. I would have rather given my 1600 to a homeless person. This woman and her business is a complete joke. I would not tell anyone about her, and I hope she gets some help, or closes down.
