Rude agency. I agree with bobtran, she sounds like I'm begging her to help me ... The price is higher than other agencies too .... Not recommend.

EXTREMELY RUDE!. Don't ever use this place. They really need to teach the girl working there, on 08/07/2007 at 3:50pm, some phone etiquette. She sounds like she should be selling fish at a flea market. Don't ever use this travel agency if you want a civilized business transaction. Trust me they came across as though they don't need you and you need them. Last place I would give my business to.
