Good Customer Service. Had a small misunderstanding about a product and when I explained it to the manager, he straightened it out and came through with a replacement product. Great customer service!

Helpful customer service. I were looking for professional karaoke systems and didn't know what we needed. The sales guy (Christopher) was extremely helpful in recommending the necessary appliances. The best part was he didn't make me feel pressured to buy any systems. In fact, he personally recommended us to the cheaper appliances with the quality standards we were looking for. The cost of the whole systems was half of what we expected to spend. Hurray! Since we didn't know how to install the machine, Christopher offered us a seventy dollars installation fee. I rejected his offer and decided to install it myself. He was nice enough to offer his home telephone number if in case I had questions. What a great guy! I ended up calling him several times on a Saturday night. Installation was a big pain! Should have paid the small fee! Overall it was a great buying experience thanks to Christopher.
