Never Delivered : (. I ordered an arrangement for my grand daughter to be delivered on February 13th. They didn't deliver it and promised it would be delivered the following day on Valentine's Day. I called 3:40 on Valentine's Day and they said they couldn't tell me what time it would be delivered but that it would be delivered that day. I called again at 5:50 and they apologized and said they would deliver the $12.00 delivery fee and that there was one delivery before my grand daughters but that it would be delivered that day. At 8:15 my daughter called to say it still had not been delivered. So my grand daughter went to bed with no gift and my daughter wasted to days waiting around for a delivery that never showed up. I will not be using this location again, actually can't really say I used them this time since they did not deliver. I realize Valentine's Day is a very busy day and that there are only so many deliveries that can be made in one day, but if you can't deliver don't take my money.
