Drop in customer service. I'm sorry to see this formerly great store settle into inefficiency and mediocrity. Recently, I had several encounters with Nordstrom Mission Viejo that not only left me less than satisfied with the service, but required nearly 5 full hours of my time to straighten out the financial mess that was created by their employees.

There are other places to shop and I'll be going to them.
