Glad I found this place. After finding my regular salon closed, I found this place not too far from where I used to go. I was in need of a tan because my color was fading. I was impressed when they gave me a special discount to help offset some money I lost when the other place closed. My girlfriend and myself both signed up for their monthly program so once a month, membership fees are automatically paid. I like this place better than the old salon, wish I had found it sooner. It's also bigger and has more equipment to offer.

I'm a believer now!. I was reluctant to use a tanning salon but I gave it a try. It really seemed to relax my back spasms and I got real tanning color. I am really impressed. I'm new to all of this but now I'm a believer. I love it. And these people really went out of their way to help me and explain things since I'm new to all of this.

Most professional. I've tried several salons before but this place is by far the most professional and consistent. They spent so much time with me explaining and helping me get my Spray tan to perfection. They always seem to have fresh lamps when I do regular tanning. The prices are good.

Unfriendly and Dirty. I have been going here for years, even when it used to be "hot off the beach". It was always pretty dirty and old looking. Finally they updated it, but it got pretty raunchy fast. I didn't still didn't mind, they were nice and they had low prices. Well recently they hired some older man who looks to me DOES NOT ENJOY his job, the sulking around and unfriendly demeaner just p/oed me off.

HA. Miss impulsive, that was me working that day and just to let you know...it says it clear on a paper of policys that we do not accept customers to get a tan right at closing.. duh... come in earlier geez stop complaining

does not like customers.... I frequently go to this location just because of the mere fact it is in walking distance of my house, after tonight, that was my last straw...i always go at night because i work all day long. i also go to avoid the wierd guy that work there in the day hours. usually, i stand in the store and wait for the employees to come back from next door at ambers cantina from getting their chips or whatever they are getting. the employees here are rude, not knowledgable, and usually are really upset that you walked in to interrupt their game of solitaire or cell phone conversation.

on this particular night, i rushed into the shower to this unprofessional tanning salon, to see a blonde young girl sitting at the counter. she said right away ,"oh sorry, we do not accept sessions 20 minutes prior to closing. " i replied, "so i cant just get a mystic tan? it takes 5 minutes if that. I always do it later at night here." she said, "no sorry, but were open 9-9 tomorrow night. Have a good night."

I was shocked. I didnt want to argue with a naieve young high school girl so i just shook my head and said nothing. this is the reason why businesses do not make as much money as they would like, because their employees are not running the business properly. I refuse to go to relax and tan laguna niguel anymore. I will not help pay the wages of employees who do not even want to be at their job and help customers who come into their stores. but what can you expect from tanning salon employess i guess???
