I told my stylist I want my hair short, but not so short that you have to shave my neck.....(edited out). This is the morning after and I am not pleased with my cut. ... (edited my comment out).

I spoke with Wanda the Salon Manager. She apologized for my unhappy experience at her salon. She was sorry I didn't speak up while I was at the salon. I explained that I didn't want to make a scene. She said next time I should speak up as soon as I feel like the appointment isn't going the way I expect it to. She encourages everyone to speak up. They want to make sure no one leaves their salon unhappy. They are more than willing to make things right.

So... if you visit. Know that they want you to enjoy your experience and leave a happy camper!

Salon Savage is a great full service spa. I have my hair done there every week and also have my eyelashes done there. They are very talented, cordial & always a delight for me to go there. I would give them an A+ rating.

Salon Savage is a wonderful salon with many talented people offering a variety of expert services. My haircut & styling was perfect and the boutique is fabulous. It is a full service salon and the employees are all delightful, helpful and multi-talented. I give it an A++.

Salon Sauvage Spa and Salon in Laguna Niguel=amazing. This is a day of firsts for me...1) first time I've ever written a review.

2) What moves me to do so now ? The best quality of service and products I just experienced at Salon Sauvage.

3) Had my hair cuut & colored by Apprentice Darsan instead of doing it out of a box at home for the first time ever-what a difference in the way the color looks and my hair feels !!! She has so much talent and experience for an apprentice!

4) Had the most amazing facial from Alexis. She used the natural products carried at the salon, with the most unexpected heavenly massage and helpful information.

A Mother's Day gift certificate brought me in,, but the quality of service will keep me coming back.
