I highly recommend Dr. Towhidian to anyone who wants to look younger but look NATURAL. He really did a great job with my Botox and fillers. I also started the 3 Deep skin tightening treatment and I feel like it has really made a difference already. I just turned 50 so I wanted to attend my big 5-0 party looking 10 years younger...Everyone was complimenting me and my skin. They could't pin point what I did but knew I looked great. The staff were so knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you guys!!! See you in a few months for my follow-up!

Great Service. Dr Towhidian is awesome! I researched many cosmetic surgeons in orange county and he was the one I choose. He went over the complete treatment with me and discussed everything. I felt nervious at first, but after he was done I was ready to do my procedure. Couldnt be more more pleased, Thank you!

Love Total Cosmetix. I thought Dr. Towhidian and his staff were extremely nice and helpful. I have been going to him for over 6 years and I believe he is a true artist. Making people look better yet very natural. The girls there always follow up with me and I highly recommend this office. You will not be disappointed.

What a waste. I would not recommend this place. For an office that looks nice from the outside, the people there are awful and rude. I guess it reflects what they do... making people look nice on the outside but you never know what's really under the big lips and botox.

There are so many other places in the area that treat their patients with respect and are just down right nice. Don't waste your money.
