Discrimination / Retaliation. I worked for Griffith Company, the job site was on 10400 Rivera,rd. ca. 90660 pico rivera,ca.90660 I was working under the Superintendent (shawn) he was continually Violate the safety rules of the company . he would intimadate his workers in a real bad hostile !!! verbual!!! maner. under fed/cal &cal/osha G uidelines all empolyees have the right to work in safe workplace .anyway i was laid off for reporting GRIFFITH COMPANY!! to FED/OSHA & CAL/ OSHA, the super,shawn is good at creating hazardous !!! situations for his worker. he would tell all his workers if you dont like the way he talks to us GO !!! home!!! i had to tell cal/osha be for somebody got "Injured" or Killed. NOW!! iam out of a job? for doing the right thing for everybody, I lost so far 2 mons. of work !! & alot of Over time, i hope GRIFFITH COMPANY!!!! Does the right thing & give me back my job I hope Griffith co. will work with me and work somthing out?
