The repairman, Otto, was at my door within 15 minutes of my refrigerator repair call! He was very courteous and he thoroughly explained (without my asking) everything that he checked and did to my refrigerator. Not only is my refrigerator working properly, I learned a thing or two about why and how it works!

Called them yesterday because our fridge was warm. The tech was here in 30 minutes, checked it out, went to get a part and came back. Everything was fixed in 3 hours for what seems to be a reasonable price.

arrived on time and seemed to be well informed. The repair tech arrived on time and seemed to be well informed about the issue and what it might take to repair it.

He diagnosed my air conditioner pretty quick and clean.He replaced the condenser fan motor and my AC was working again!

Overall i'm really satisfied with their services.

Very courteous. Very courteous dispatcher. Team showed up within the two-hour window they had specified, and they were able to fix the problem with my refrigerator freezer.

awful!. Simply awful! I called them to get my fridge repaired. Waited all day, the tech finally came about 30 minutes late. They assured me over the phone that the repair will be done the same day. It was not. The tech did not have any parts on him, but he promised to come back the next day. Now its been 5 days. I called them today and they said that the pars are on the Back Order and they will call me when the parts came in. Why did they have to lie that they had the parts? All my food is spoiled... I should have called someone else.
