Great doctor, quality care. Can't ask for anything more.. Surprised there aren't any reviews yet!

I have had a dog for almost 5 years and admittedly rarely go into the vet for his check-ups or vaccinations. But I have been to a couple different ones, shopped around for a place I really liked and this place really stood out.

Went in because my dog was scratching his ears, def had some sort of infection and had a coupon for $40 off my first visit. First off, the info I got during my appt was much more than I had ever gotten from any other vet. Most of them just went through some basics about the problem my pet had and that was about it, that was great, did what I asked. The doctor here (Dr. Song) went through such a thorough exam, even checking my pet's legs' range of motion and teeth. I never knew how important dental care was for dogs or how bad my poor dog's teeth were =( They even had this cool thing where you can see inside my dogs' ears on the computer screen (and thank god I came in, they were YUCKY haha).

They offered to do a 'medical' cleaning of my dogs ears there to kind of jump start the process of treating his infected ears, which is also new (my dog has had more than one ear infection) and was appreciated, I probably don't do as good a job at home as they do! And the doctor even showed the way to clean the ears properly, and the nurse also demonstrated after as well. Went home with the meds and some ear flush to do at home. Had to decline some of the things they recommended (like updating various shots and routine things) due to lack of funds... oh, the economy...and I appreciated that the nurse didn't try to pressure me to do any of the things I couldnt do that day... but I will have to be back soon to do all those things. Bill came out to around $200 with my coupon, a little steeper than i'm used to.. but I also felt like I got a lot out of it, so I'm not complaining.

Overall, I'll definitely be back to take care of the routine shots and stuff soon as I have the money, and any future problems. New customers, I advise getting a coupon, or printing the one off their website. Prices were pretty standard in the Laguna area, little more than say, northern orange county. But you def get great quality. Dr Song is obviously very knowledgeable and the staff there were really helpful too. Big thanks to them for helping take care of my baby.
