There's nothing wrong with this store, really. It ships your stuff, like it's supposed to. I have never had a package mishandled or anything, but the people who work there are so austere and unfriendly. They are total sticklers, too, which I suppose is the right way to be, but they aren't nice about it. Overall, they don't seem to care whether or not they are personable to their customers and sometimes, are down right snotty. I think I just got ripped off, too. I had a mixed package that I couldn't ship media mail because there were 6 books, and a very light porcelain doll. I said I would ship the doll separately to get the media mail price for the books, which was totally cheaper. The man flat out lied to me and said the price would even out about the same--25 dollars. I know for a fact this is not true, because I could have sent the books for 9 dollars, and the doll would not have been more than 8(I just shipped a package way heavier than the doll for 14 at a different place). I realized he was either lying or just doing lavish rounding, but I was in a hurry and needed to ship the package and didn't have the time to go to my normal place. Sigh. I guess, if you are in a hurry or are going to the grocery store next door this place is an option. But if you want excellent customer service and fair handling, go to the shipping place down the street (near staples and the dollar store). They are the nicest people and I will always go out of my way to go there, from now on.
Pros: they get the job done
Cons: rude and dishonest. not there for the customer. treat you like you are bothering them
