Reputable Salon on Avenida Del Mar. This salon has been around for more than 20 years and has a french door and window out front with Egyptian decor inside. There are a handful of chairs and the stylists are friendly and down to earth with clients of all ages. My stylist, Holly, was recommended to me by a friend who had visited twice and came out looking terrific each time. Holly did a great job of listening to what I wanted, offering suggestions (when I asked for them) and cutting my hair just the way I wanted. I didn't have to wait when I arrived and I got highlights, cut, and style in only an hour and a half. The price was a little on the high side for me ($155), but worth it since I don't get my hair done too often. My appointment was late (5PM) which I also appreciated, given that I have kids and am so busy midday. I would definitely recommend this salon to others.
