I would rate ZERO stars if I could.. The first couple times I went to get my nails done at Beauty Nails, I had a relatively good experience. The manager and ladies working were very nice, but the job they did on my nails was so so. I got the gel system and the lady got the color in my cuticles and it didn't come off for weeks. I went back with my mom who was in town on vacation, and they upsold and overcharged us. There was something wrong with the color I chose and my nails had to be stripped and then redone. I was in the chair for over 2hrs. The additional service that I was talked into getting was supposed to extend the color life for an extra week, and I was told that if it chipped I could come back and she would redo them. The acrylic powder they put on was done horribly and I had cut off the excess around my nail when I got home. There was color in my cuticles again as well. My mom’s nails were equally unsatisfying. They started chipping within 5 days of the expected 3 weeks they were supposed to last. I came in to get them redone, and was told because they had grown out, they would only fix some of the chips or I had to pay again. $45 for a horrible manicure that lasted 5 days...no thank you. And pay more to have the same unskilled, careless people do them again!? I think not. It seems these people do not care about customer service. With all the small nail salons in the area, I would HIGHLY recommend you do not waste your money on this place.
