Do not use this service. This guy Ron dilutes the acid and degreaser and cuts every possible corner. If you aren't closely watching him, he will not clean the tile, and does a half hearted job of cleaning the grout lines. He uses dirty rags to wipe up the cheap orange degreaser and doesn't care about the baseboards. He likes to talk a lot to distract you and he definitely isn't looking for repeat business. The sealer for the grout lines after he "so called" cleaned them is nothing but water, and his famous line is that it will look better after it dries up. He buys the cheapest material possible and dilutes it as much as possible. In all my years I've never seen such poor quality.

You Get What You Pay For - Keep Looking.
Based upon my recent experience with owner Ron Donifrio in April 2010 and the overall quality of work, I advise you to keep looking for another company.
Pro's:
-The price is 50% less than competitors on average.(Based on 3 quotes I had done).
Con's:
- Showed up early(not a bad thing), but without the neccessary supplies (plastic tarp and tape) to cover the granite and stainless steel. He asked if I had the supplies and when I said no he had to go out twice to purchase them. Con - not prepared!
- If you like a running commentary on politics and the state of the economy this guy is for you - not so much for me.
- Corners were missed ( evident by the dust I wiped up when putting furniture back) and grout lines were skipped over. It does not look good when you have a few random dark lines running through an otherwise nice floor.
-Ron told me to call if there were any problems and I did to tell him of the lines. He admitted that when the floor is wet it is hard to tell the areas that had been cleaned and would come out to fix it. Long story short, several messages left went unreturned. He called once to say he could come the next day but due to scheduling I asked for the next week, he said he'd call to schedule. Never called. I did give him a month to return calls to no avail.
Overall this is a classic case of "You get what you pay for". If you want a clean floor with ALL the grout lines cleaned then choose another company.
