I am the owner of the 3 loves of my life... My dogs... I was told about Crossroads from a co-worker. I had never boarded them before and my eldest is 12... Well I did...My eldest has special needs...I am so THANKFUL for them...they kept me posted daily on them all and when I returned to pick them up...What a happy bunch! I can not say enough...but I will tell each person I know...That you are all THE BEST. I finally after 12 years feel there is a stellar place where I can leave by babies when I must...

I would not recommend bringing your pet here, if you love your pet. Several dogs have died in their care. They threaten people if they post a bad review. So, you can't be sure if these great reviews are even accurate. They tried to bribe someone that I know, to keep his mouth closed about the recent death of his beloved pet. The dog was healthy when he was dropped off. The dog had acquired a PREVENTABLE death sentence, while in their care. They have you sign a waiver, so that they don't have to take responsibility for what they do to your pets. They are also, very rude.

My Dogs Love this Place. I first found Crossroads when I was looking for some help with an aggressive dog I adopted. No one else would touch him. Crossroads worked wonders with him. He is now a very social sweetheart. I mean....you can't imagine the difference. WOW. Then I adopted a puppy terrier (a wild child). She is going to their day care and training. I love it because she comes home tired. These people really care about the pets. They are not at all close to where I live and I have to drive an hour out of the way to get to them before and after work but they are the best I have seen. I looked at everything down in south county but they all seemed to treat the animal like a dollar bill. Try this place, it is very down to earth.

Its obvious they love animals. I totally trust Crossroads with my dog. The trainers are very helpful and very good with the dogs. Their methods are based on rewards and are very effective. My dog stays in their home-like environment when she boards and the staff treat her like she belongs to them!
