Ready when promised. Everyone at Autowerkes is knowledgeable and friendly. I needed an oil change and they did a thorough inspection of my newly purchased used car at no extra charge. And they cleaned my car inside and out at no extra charge ...it was spotless! My car was ready when promised and I will return on Wednesday to have repairs completed when parts arrive.

Autowerkes are very knowledgeable. I would tell them that Autowerkes was the only one that fixed my safety bag light from staying on... I went to 2 different BMW dealership prior and neither of them could figure the fix. Autowerkes are very knowledgeable, professional, reasonable priced, and pleasant to work with any of the staff. I'm with them for life!
