QUALITY WORK, REASONABLE RATES, PROMPT and COURTEOUS SERVICE. Finally found an honest plumber that doesn't brag about how good he smells or brandishes his price fixing logo on his sleeve. He was prompt and arrived at the agreed time. I didn't have to waste half my day waiting. I had been having intermittent hot water problems throughout the house. He diagnosed my problem which was a cross connection at my shower valve. He was able to cut open a small hole in the wall of a closet and change out the defective valve and then patch the hole with no one the wiser. He was efficient and left the place cleaner than when he arrived. His price was very reasonable. All in all, I think I have found a plumber that I can stick with and depend on,
