Westcliff Nurses Registry was referred to us by our family doctor GP, as one of the most established and reliable in the community.

Our mother needed a cna to be with her as a live in. She lives alone and was begining stages of dementia. The cna that was matched for mom is wonderful. We wished we had not waited so long for her help. We were very pleased with thei office, attention to detail and availability at all hours of the night. It's been almost a year now, K. has been terrific, taking care of mom relieves us of the worry, and we know she is receiving excellent care, at a reasonable cost...We would highly recommend! Experience counts. Compassionate, reliable.. Westcliff nurses was referred to our family by our medical doctor as one of the most established and reliable agency/registry in the area. A neighbor had also used Westcliff Nurses for their grandmothers home care. We needed a nurse for home care for our aging father. We needed a cna to assist Dad with bathing ,medication reminders as well as Someone that could cook, do light house keeping and be a companion for our father. We interviewed several candidates from West cliff and found a really great match for Dad. T. Has been with my father now for several months. They get along great. The change has been remarkable. Our father has come out of his fog and now interacts with others and is in much better spirits due in part to his care and companionship with T. The office responded to all our concerns and was very professional. They were available around the clock, and quick to handle any scheduling changes we needed. We would recommend Westcliff Nurses to friends, family anyone that needs home health care. Terri the office staffing coordinator is wonderful. Exceptional Care and Service. I am very pleased to tell you that my wife, Claudette is well on the road to recovery following chemotherapy, and a 25 day hospital stay. Her diagnosis of stage three bladder cancer . A great deal of credit for my wife's improvement has to go to G>E. the nurses you provided for home health care. Grace worked with us for over a month this spring and demonstrated excellent skills, thoughtfulness, and dependability. Not only did she pay careful attention to medications nutrition and hygiene, she did an excellent job of wound care, recording of vitals, and managing the maintenance of her IV line and pump. Add to that her willingness to assist in a wide variety of household tasks that were outside the scope of her duties and you have the perfect combination of skills, temperament and personality that made her so valuable to us.

If we ever again need home health care, i will ask specifically for Grace. We thank you for bringing her to us and Grace for all her help. Sincerely T.B.

Exceptional care.. Their 35 yrs. experienced really shinned. Westcliff Nurses assigned a nurse that is experienced, reliable and has a personality that is a perfect compliment to my Mother. In addition to the regular nursing duties she is always alert to detail. she made sure the communication and instructions from the family and the caregivers were carried out between shifts. The nurse plays cards, cooks, and has great conversations with my mother. They have quickly bonded and are developing a strong friendship. The office exceeded our expectations. They were professional, very knowledgeable and available whenever we had questions or concerns, even after hours. We've had a great experience with Westcliff Nurses, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a caregiver or nurses for a loved one.

Reliable Compassionate Care. Westcliff Nurses matched a compassionate, courteous, reliable caregiver for our Mother. My mother really felt cared for. The office was always responsive at any hour of the day. As my mothers needs changed Westcliff was able to make adjustments and work with us when we needed an LVN. I would recommend them to anyone in need of this type of service.
