A great experience of renewal!. The first time I had gone to Hampton Salon it was a great experience. My first impression was welcoming and warm. The receptionist greet you with an inviting smile and welcome you to the salon, the stylist are all kind and very professional and have been highly trained in their education to make you BEAUTIFUL! I was very satisfied with how rich my color was and soft and healthy my hair felt. The salon itself has a nice feel to it also. Its not like every where else, it is original and edgy style through out the salon is fresh to take in and relaxing. I was so impressed with my time there that I recommend Hampoton Salon to all my friends and family. I have been back more and more and just recently had the Brazillian straightening done. (Incredible by the way for those with wavy or frizzy hair and dont like spending hours getting ready! Which straightens your hair with protiens so your hair in the end is shiner, softer and so straight, also dries faster too!!) They are always up to date with the latest and greatest, yet they still have their own artistic and brilliant way! All in all, it is indeed an all around incredible salon!**

Obnoxious and Arrogant Management. I had been a loyal customer of this salon for many years and recommended it to many people. One day I had a minor problem with a $40 styling they did on my hair, so I called them and asked them to re-do my hair the next day at no charge. They agreed, and when they were finished, they charged me full price for it. When I reminded them that I'd asked to have it done at no charge or at least a reduced cost, they said the owner would talk with me and that it was his decision. Then the owner "didn't have time to talk" each time I returned into the salon, didn't return my phone messages, and insisted on setting up an appointment in person (requiring another trip) which he subsequently changed his mind about and cancelled. Of course they lost my business, which averaged about $5000/year, plus referrals. It says a lot about how they view even their "best" customers.

the BEST eyebrows. I go to school in Chicago, but I always wait to have my eyebrows done at Hamton Salon. They are the absolute best and you will not be disappointed.
