I don't know what all the rave is about with this spa. I have had several treatments here and it was not a big deal. I have had much better.

Lovely Spa. Spa Gregories is a great little get away that I've been going to for years. The therapists are one of a kind and the desk staff is great. They always try to accommodate me in any way they can, which is why I keep coming back. It's not a very big spa but that is what I love about it. It's like my own private get away where I can retreat to after a hard day's work. Also, they do so much for my community and have a staff that is trained in Oncology services, which is hard to find in a day spa! I recommend it to all my friends and co-workers. Great spa!

Worst Eyebrow Wax. My husband and I went to this spa for waxing services. I wanted his eyebrows waxed because he was standing in his friend's wedding at the Ritz Carlton in Palm Springs Fl. I chose this spa because of the reviews on line. We walked in and waited a good 20 minutes before being seen. When he came out he had a look of shock on his face. The waxing lady not only burned his skin above his eyebrow, but tore at least 3 layers of skin off!!! It was not just a little spot, but 2 inches across and above his eyebrow. The manager recommended for him to see the dermatologist across the street who wasn't even open b/c it was new years eve. The wedding was in 2 days and we were going to be in Florida. The manager told him to stay out of the sun. We were looking forward to warmer weather on "the other coast".

Our trip was ruined and my poor husband completely embarrased. He's had better waxing services at vietnamese nail salons! DO NOT GO!

FIASCO-HORRIBLE BIKINI WAX-HORRIBLE FRONT DESK-RUDE PEOPLE. I have been waxing for 8 years and have been to many salons/spas for regular bikini waxes. I called this spa the day before New Years Eve for a reg. bikini wax. Because I travel so much I have to use different salons. Therefore, I can be a fair judge as to what salons are good. This spa is a JOKE! Samantha answered my call and booked me. She then proceeded to call me 3 times to change my time until we got it down for 10:45.

I arrived 10 minutes early and then sat around until 11:05. When I asked about my appointment the girls said that there was a mistake and I was down for 11. They put me in the back room to wait, where I was mortified by the ambiance. The dim lighting was a bad attempt at trying to hide all the chatchke mess. What bad Feng Sui! i felt like I was in an old person's home sitting among crammed furniture. I want a spa, not someone's old living room.

Erin, my service provider came and I told her the time, and she retorted that her watch said 11:03. That was completely rude and really stupid of her to say since the clock on her wall said 11:05. She definitely became hostile once I pointed out her clock. Her attitude made me very uncomfortable since this was my first appointment with her and the salon. After she was done, she told me there was still a little wax left. She then gave me a bottle of oil, a warm towel, and ointment and instructions that the oil would dissolve the wax. When I reached for the wax, there was clumps of it left in which I had to painfully rip it off my skin. I almost panicked b/c I didn't think I could get it off. I have never had anyone tell me to "clean Up" the remaining wax on my body. Isn't that why we pay them to get the job done?

LOVE LOVE LOVE IT...... Services are a little on the expensive side- but WELL worth it.......... I have been to a few spas and by far this one takes the cake as far as an all around good experience. Customer service is great, massages are great...... facility has always been very clean. Staff is helpful and professional.

Love it- Makes Me Feel Pampered- Quality Treatments. I found this place to be a total gem in hiding. From the exterior there might not really be a way to know how warm and luxurious the spa is. But I have to say that I love love love their little boutique area right when you walk in the door. They have everything I need to make myself feel pampered and pretty and it's to-go. I've experienced their Milk and Honey hydrobath which is to die for, can you say yummy?! And I've also gone on to try one of their facial events where I got a special facial event price but also got free money towards my purchase. plus sample sized goodies. Now, I must say that I've a spa-goer for the past 7 to 8 years now so I consider myself a sort of experience 'expert' and I must say that this spa ranks personally among my top choices when I consider surroundings, services and overall amenities. I can even say that their massage is better than one I had at a 4 star hotel in Vegas. So.... do I even need to say it? You should try it. I'll see you there.

Best Spa Experiance Ever. I really wanted to get something special for my boyfriend's mother, Diana for Christmas and I decided to get her a gift certificate for an Arcona Facial and a One-hour Massage at Spa Gregorie's. This is one of the best decisions I have ever made. Diana could not stop raving about how wonderful her treatments were. She also enjoyed the ambiance and the spa lunch that I added on for her! She said that was the first time in a full year that she truly was able to relax and enjoy herself! No question, I will be getting her Spa Gregories gift certificates for every occasion in the future.

Overrated!. This spa is so overrated! It looks old and run down and who wants to go to a spa next to a pub? How Tacky! The services were average and the receptionists were below average. They had a large selection but it was almost cluttered. I felt like I was at a yard sale! I was not impressed. Not at all.

Treatments are excellent, but............. I think Spa Gregorie's treatments are fabulous! Facial, massage, etc, everything is wonderful. If I only talk about their treatments, I will choose "Highly Recommended". But.....

I don't know why but the receptionists are always sooo bad! Some girls are OK, but there are some ladies who are very nasty and tense. I got a birthday coupon and tried to use it. The receptionist said to me "you can't get a discount with this coupon!!" instead of "Happy Birthday"........ Of course the physical therapists said to me "Happy Birthday".....

If their attitudes are OK, I will go to Spa Gregorie's every week!

A great hidden away spa. This spa is great and you can stay all day if you want. Use the steam room, the quiet room etc. I have been to many spa's and if you are looking for a great massage therapists ask for Courtney or Johnette they are far and above the best I have found. They are both superior. You can't go wrong with either of them. They have others that are good but these two are by far better. Trust me if you book here ask for one of them and you will be glad you did.
