bad experience. I had been going to spa gregories for some time and my experiences were okay. However, on one occasion I was getting a bikini wax when I realized that the woman who was doing it was DOUBLE DIPPING the stick in the wax pot. I was about done with my bikini was when this happened and I was mortified. I also happened to be pregnant at the time and was very upset because double dipping is against the law in California. At any rate I just checked out and left. Later that day I decided to call and let them what happened just so they could be aware of the situation and talk to the girl who had worked on me. When I called and told the girl at the front desk, she didn't even care at all and acted like it was no big deal. She basically said it happens all the time and didn't even apoligize.

You go to a place like spa gregories and pay their prices because you want cleanliness and customer service. I did not receive either and I will never go there again.…

Wonderful Spa. Spa Gregorie's is a beautiful Spa with a full menu of services. The facial I had was relaxing and made my skin feel amazing for a week after. I will for sure visit Spa Gregorie's again and tell all my friends that this is the place to visit in Orange County.…
