I was pleased by the service and care given to me by Ed and Ramsey in finance and Derek in sales. After being at the dealership for several hours (with child in tow) we were ready to drive home (to the Palmdale, CA almost a million miles away) and I had forgot to bring my checkbook. Derek drove the car to me the following day(on his day off) and we completed the deal. I would highly recommend this team again.

I thought Derek was really great and I would recommend anybody I know looking for a Mercedes to contact him in regards to his purchase. He truly went above and beyond and took time and patience with us. He was also really patient with our son who came with us (who has special needs). Derek never acted bothered or anything by his behavior, but he was kind and patient with him/us. We truly enjoyed our purchasing experience.

Wonderful experience. No pressure, no sales tactic that turns you off. But excitement. Professional salesman who knows his products. Respectable, made us feel at ease, answered all our questions. The sales manager Ali Hashemi was also super, kind and nice. The finance manager treated us with respect and did not use pressure for us to buy his products. We will definitely go back for our next car.

I have had a trifecta of first-rate experiences with this dealership, each one being better than the next. Their service is as professional as can be performed, and I know service, having been in the business.

Each time in Sales, my expectations have been exceeded. They are an island of professional courtesy in a churning sea of usual car experiences.

My husband and I have purchased many vehicles over the years and this was by far the best purchasing experience we have had from start to finish! This time was for me! We had visited several Mercedes dealers in the area and felt extremely pressured to buy last years model and what they had on the lot. NOT at Foothill Ranch! Instead, I was able to custom order the vehicle of my choice which was so wonderful! I selected the colors I wanted and the features and options that were important to me- I didn’t have to settle for anything! We were kept in the loop from production start, to it getting a VIN, to knowing what cargo ship it was on and when it left port! The process did not take long and it was so worth it! Did I happen to mention that we got an amazing deal?! We do have USAA and Foothill Ranch honored the discount. Should our next vehicle be another Mercedes I can guarantee that we would only go here to buy it! The 2013 GLK350 is amazing by the way!
